We all have this feeling of missing something. That something which will make us complete. It can take the form of a friend for someone, a creed, a practice, a lover, maybe some sort of an achievement. But honestly, that feeling can never go away. Despite getting everything, the feeling will be there. You may stop noticing it for a while. But it will come back, given a little time for introspection. So what can be done to fix it?

I think we should not be looking for a way to fix it. This feeling is there to stay. But knowing that nothing can really end this feeling of ‘missing something’ is a liberating thought. It makes the never-ending race less necessary, and it frees one to rather float in this sensation of just existing. There is always time for doing. But that should not stop us from existing.
